My family of 7 stayed in this impressive, comfortable home over the Christmas holiday. It exceeded our expectations. We loved having all four bedrooms separate from each other with en suites. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood but VERY close to grocery stores, restaurants and other offerings of Cape Coral and Ft. Meyers area.

The outdoor area is FANTASTIC. Over the week, only a handful of times did my family spend inside to utilize the living room. We spent every morning gathered around the outdoor dining table having breakfast and coffee. The boat was a HUGE plus. We toured the intercostal waterway where we saw many dolphins and enjoyed cruising the neighborhood canals to see the sights. We spent one day on nearby Picnic Island (recommended to us by the boat caretaker) which was a lot of fun.

The pool and hot tub were more difficult than we thought it would be to keep heated. However, we still enjoyed both but more in the daytime than at night.

If you are considering booking this house in Cape Coral, just book it. Next time we are down in the area, I am sure we will try to stay at this house again!

Me, my wife and 2 kids stayed for over 3,5 weeks and had a wonderful time. It is a very nice house which is equipped with everything you need. The pool is very great and very well suited for kids. The boat dock area is also very nice to sit and enjoy a starbucks coffee during the day and a nice wine during the evening. All in all we had a great vacation and looking forward in coming again.

Grosszügiges Haus. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben uns richtig Wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung: sehr gut durchdacht. Es fehlte nichts. Sauber im Innen-und Aussenbereich. Ambiente: sehr gut. Einfahrtsrondell auch für grosse Fahrzeuge geeignet. Betreuung, Einweisung, gesamter Kontakt serviceorientiert und sehr freundlich.
