This contemporary dream home was completed in October 2021. The property offers an outstanding location in SW Cape Coral on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area faces west and enjoys plenty of sunshine. You will be wowed by the bright modern design, the high-quality interior design, and the very spacious living concept full of light.
With 4 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen beds) and 4 full baths as well as the huge pool area, this home provides generous accommodations for up to six guests. Time spent on the large covered patio with views across pool/spa and the wide canal is always special, and you can fully experience the Florida lifestyle here. Thanks to the western exposure, magical unforgettable sunsets are guaranteed. The saltwater pool and spa are electrically heated and can be used throughout the year. The highly desirable location allows easy access by boat to the river, Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, with no bridges or boat locks. The boat lift is ony available upon request. Two bicycles are provided to explore the beautiful neighborhood.
Children up to age 2 stay for free. A crib and highchair are provided at no extra cost. Children up to age 17 pay half price.
Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The $800 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includes children up to age 17; they pay 50% of the extra guest fee.

Mit 4 Schlafzimmern (2 King, 2 Queen Betten) und 4 Bädern sowie dem riesigen Poolbereich bietet das Haus viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool/Spa und den breiten Kanal lassen jedes Verweilen zu etwas Besonderem werden. Durch die Westlage sind traumhafte, unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge garantiert. Hier erleben Sie den Lifestyle Floridas.
Selbstverständlich sind der Salzwasserpool und Spa elektrisch beheizbar und bieten das ganze Jahr Erholung und Entspannung. Die bevorzugte Wohnlage ermöglicht es Ihnen auch innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Boot ohne Brücken und Schleuse den River, Tarpon Point und Cape Harbour zu erreichen.Der Bootslift steht nur auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Zwei Fahrräder stehen bereit, um die schöne Nachbarschaft zu erkunden.
Kinder bis zum vollendeten 2. Lebensjahr wohnen in der Villa kostenlos. Ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 17. Lebensjahr bezahlen den halben Preis.
Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gäste. Die Basismiete gilt nur für zwei Gäste. Die $800 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch während Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert. Gemäß einer städtischen Verordnung liegt die Mindestmietdauer für Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral bei 7 Nächten.
