Welcome to Villa Calla

The well-designed Villa Calla offers stylish accommodations on the water for up to six guests. The spacious floorplan includes an airy great room, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room and separate breakfast nook, plus 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The huge master suite consists of a bedroom with sliders to the pool area, a master bath with tub and walk-through shower, and an additional bathroom (also serving as a pool bath.) The other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom as well, while a convenient half bath is accessible from the great room. King size beds, sliders to the outside area, and a TV can be found in each bedroom.

One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful pool area overlooking the canal. Pool and spa can be both solar and electrically heated. A dining area is set up on the covered patio next to the Weber grill. Lounge chairs are of course available, and with the pool area facing west, the famous Florida sunsets can be enjoyed right from the patio.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on a sailboat access canal in SE Cape Coral, Villa Calla is an excellent choice for boating enthusiasts and those who want to become one. The river leading out to the Gulf of Mexico is literally around the corner. A private boat dock with Tiki hut is part of the property, and guests are welcome to dock their rental boat here.
