Thisinviting vacation home was extensively renovated in 2010 and is located on a sailboatcanal in the SW part of town, conveniently close to many stores andrestaurants, some of them within walking distance. Popular Cape Harbour is justa short drive away. Villa Blue Water offers comfortable accommodations for upto six guests, with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds) and 2bathrooms, including a convenient pool bath. The demanding vacationer canexpect a tastefully designed vacation home with stylish furniture andhand-selected decorative accents.

VillaBlue Water boasts a huge pool area, built in 2010, with a custom designed,electrically heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and gas grill, just perfectfor entertaining and relaxing. South exposure means Florida sunshine allday long. The vanishing edge effect of the pool and the large screen fieldallow for stunning views across the waterway. The boat dock features a Tiki hut. Enjoy your cocktail right by the water! Thanks to the highlydesirable location on an extra wide sailboat canal, it takes only a few minutesto reach the river by boat. Head out from there to the Gulf of Mexico andexperience the amazing natural beauty of this area.
