Villa Coral Bay offers not just spacious accommodations for up to eight guests, but also comfortable furnishings and a welcoming "feel right at home" atmosphere. With 4 bedrooms (bed sizes: 3 King and 1 Queen), 3 bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen, open living room, formal dining room and breakfast nook, there is plenty of room to spread out for everyone.

The attractive property is located on a wide Gulf access canal in a quiet side street off Del Prado Blvd, one of the city's main shopping streets. This close proximity means you can easily walk to several stores and restaurants. Downtown Fort Myers is about 20 minutes away by car, and our famous beaches in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached within 45 minutes.

Please note: The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Nach Fort Myers Downtown ist es nur ein kurzer Weg von etwa 20 Autominuten, und die berühmten Traumstrände von Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island und Captiva Island liegen ca. 45 Minuten entfernt.
